The Big Reveal: Spring at Nolia Kitchen 🌿

​The wait is almost over. On Tuesday, April 14th, we are officially turning the page and launching our brand-new Spring Menu.

​We’ve been in the lab refining every plate—from the smoke of the Iberico and the richness of the Pork Belly to the bright, coastal notes of our Crab Claws, Shrimp, and fresh Tuna. Whether you’re here for the Duck, a vibrant seasonal Veg plate, or just want to finish strong with our Caramel Cake, this menu is a full-sensory dive into the season.
