Come early, enjoy dinner at The Prospector Restaurant, and your cover charge is FREE. If you're planning on enjoying our famous slow-cooked, hand-cut Prime Rib, reservations are welcome to help ensure you get your cut before it sells out.

After a long day at the Idaho High School Rodeo, let The Prospector Restaurant in Chubbuck take care of dinner. To help accommodate contestants, families, and fans, we'll be staying open until 10:00 PM.

Skip the cooking, relax with family and friends, and enjoy great American cuisine in our unique gold mine-themed restaurant. Whether you're celebrating a great ride or heading back after a long day at the arena, we've got plenty of great menu options waiting for you.

Don't have time to dine in? Call (208) 417-0060 for TOGO orders and take dinner home with you.
