There's so many events going on in Southern Illinois this weekend! Here's what's happening at The Hop Brewery:

We’re turning The Hop into an 80’s rock birthday party for Jenn. 🎸✨

Jenn’s Birthday Celebration is today, June 6, and we’re doing it right — big hair, loud music, throwback cocktails, cold drinks, and plenty of good energy.

We’re freeing Jenn from the THB grind for the night, so Provenzano’s Food Truck will be set up and serving the eats while Jenn actually gets to enjoy her own party.

Behind the bar, we’ll be pouring:

🍑 Fuzzy Navels
🍒 Amaretto Sours
🧊 Wine Cooler Slushies - Yes! Slushies are back!
🍻 Plus plenty of THB beer on tap - we’ll have limited pours of a special Strawberry Rhubarb Sour — bright, tart, fruity, and just a little rebellious

Dress the part if you’re feeling it — band tees, denim, leather, neon, big hair, teased hair, crimped hair… we want to see it.

Come raise a glass to Jenn and help us make Saturday night feel like an 80’s rock mixtape brought to life.

This Saturday, Provenzano’s Food Truck will be set up at The Hop serving up the eats so Jenn can step away from the grind a little and actually enjoy her birthday celebration.

A birthday beer for Jenn deserves a little attitude. 🎸🍓

For Jenn’s 80’s Rock Birthday Celebration this Saturday, we’ll have limited pours of a special Strawberry Rhubarb Sour — bright, tart, fruity, and just a little rebellious.

It hits with strawberry up front, a crisp rhubarb snap, and a clean sour finish that feels perfect for summer, loud guitars, neon lights, and big hair.

This one is very limited, so grab a pour early if you want to try it.

Our Green Chili Chicken Rolls are stuffed with tender chicken, melty cheese, and a little green chili warmth, then fried until perfectly crisp and served with a cool, creamy dipping sauce.
