A lack of local barbecue competitions led a Moore business owner to create the Grillstock BBQ & Music Festival, where those with a passion for smoking meats can compete.

I’m gonna get ahead of your new years plans! I will be cooking a limited amount of briskets for new years meals! Must pre order and prepay! We will have them ready in New Year’s Eve so you can have them that night or the next day! Pm me for any questions and payment! Price will be $75 per brisket roughly 12-14 lbs

I’ve been procrastinating on this post longer than I should because I’ve went back and forth so much on how to address it! We unfortunately are shutting down our trailer as you have known it. Multiple reasons play a factor but mostly it’s just life so I won’t bore you with the details. This is not an easy decision but it’s also not the end! I do know that we can and still will cook for private parties and also will be doing competitions a lot more coming up! As for the future of BT’S bbq the plan is to possibly bring it back in one way or another in the future but for now I have to have faith in where the road is leading! Love you all and ty for the support and please keep the faith that oaklahoma best soul Smackin bbq will return one day soon!
