Half the table wants seafood. The other half wants BBQ. Nobody wants to do dishes.
This tray settles it.
Golden fried shrimp piled up front, with sliced sausage right behind it.
A bowl of mac and cheese, a baked potato, and thick Texas toast on the side.
Pickles, red onion, lemon and a cup of BBQ sauce, plus fried okra and slaw peeking in from the back.
Everybody reaches. Nobody gives up the last shrimp.
Our meal trays come in 1, 2 or 3 meats, and feeding a crowd is just a phone call.

The bark on these ribs is dark, peppery and a little crackly at the edges.
Four ribs sliced and fanned out on foil, with that pink smoke line right under the crust.
Fried okra piled up on one side, a bowl of beans up top, and a thick slice of Texas toast.
Pickles and red onion tucked in the corner for when you need a breather.
Napkins are free. Use all of them.
Fall-off-the-bone ribs come up a lot in our reviews, and this plate is why.
