Happy friday and it is Father's day weekend! What are your plans for the weekend? We will be open today 10am-6pm and tomorrow 10am-4pm with many large events and weddings .. then i have to prepare for next week with even more large events and weddings including 1500 gluten free cheesecakes going to Hoofbeat Music Festival. So my weekend is booked up with work. ... This morning I got to make regular cake cupcakes and gluten free cake cupcakes for special orders on top of all the goodies for here and other special orders....

Good morning y'all! Its a busy wednesday, y'all were lined up this morning to get in when we opened and havent stopped yet.. Thank you so much.. we are open 10am-6pm today. Good morning friends!! What beautiful weather we had this weekend! How was your weekend? We picked up my sister in law and mother in law that flew up from Mexico and California, then had Abby's graduation party then had a day celebrating Abbys birthday which was yesterday. We had an amazinh time being tourists in chippewa yesterday and spending time with family and friends! Sunday night i was way out maned like 10 to 1 between family and friends spending the night at the house i was the only man except 1 of our cats but hes not dumb he was hiding the entire time.. lol.. of course we had some amazing food, lots of laughs and fun pictures.. we are open today 10am-6pm and i am stocked up and ready to go thos morning including some cheesecake parfaits, cheesecakes, keto cheesecakes, cheesecakes for dogs, macarons, cannolis, eclairs, cream puffs, donuts , breads, baked goods and so much more..

It's raining It's pouring the old man is snoring. Well not at this second but it was earlier and again later today.. we are still headed to Munson Bridge winery tonight to sling some cheesecakes while y'all play some bingo. Thank you yesterday was crazy busy all day from open to close ! Now I had to bake thousands of cheesecakes to open today.. open 10am-6pm today here, then out at Munson Bridge from 6pm-whenever ... lastly when your daughter comes to you with her big eyes late the night before talking about her high school show choir team and their getting together today.. stop right then and run away.. just kidding.. needless to say I whipped up miniature cheesecake chocolate chip cookie with caramel and toffee tacos for her show choir team meeting this morning....

Good tuesday morning to y'all! How was your weekend? I spent the entire weekend getting ready for Abby's graduation party this coming weekend. We ha e family and friends coming from all over the world.. Im exhausted and sore from my weekend but here we are today open 10am-6pm. Tomorrow after we close we will be out at Munson Bridge Winery again for their Bingo night..
