Malasadas
Our malasada recipe was fine tuned over months to mirror the perfect fluffy, soft donut. After frying, the donuts are coating in sugar and served fresh for the perfect flavor.

Chocolate + Pumpkin Haupia Pie
If you've had one of our Kālua Pig Plates, then you know haupia (Hawaiian coconut pudding). We're dropping two variations: a pumpkin pie layered with haupia and topped with a whipped cream frosting, and then regular haupia layered with chocolate haupia and topped with a whipped cream frosting.

Our malasadas are a Portuguese-Hawaiian fusion fluffy donut deep fried and coated in sugar. They're a local favorite and the only authentic ones available in Wisconsin, so don't miss out!

We're also excited to debut our Pumpkin Haupia and Chocolate Haupia Pies just in time for fall. If you've had one of our Kālua Pig Plates then you've tried our Haupia, and our pies feature a creamy layer of haupia (Hawaiian coconut pudding), a layer of either pumpkin pie or chocolate haupia, and pipped with a sweet whipped cream frosting.

We were blown away by the support and had by far our biggest day so far! Our Hurricane Corn on the Cob was a hit and we definitely learned a lot.
