There’s something special about doing things the traditional way.

Freshly cooked rice goes straight into our hangiri, a traditional Japanese wooden tub that helps release steam and absorb excess moisture.

We gently fold in our sushi vinegar by hand, allowing the rice to cool while keeping each grain fluffy, glossy, and perfectly seasoned.

Because for us, good sushi starts with good rice.

Many of you have been asking for this, and honestly, it’s been so hard to find the right packaging for KIBAKO because we’re VERY picky! We want to make sure everything is perfect and gives you the best experience.

Finally, we found the right supplier! We just received the sample, and now we’re working on some size adjustments and our party box menu.

We can’t wait to show you what we’ve been working on!
