The goal is a balance that most people don’t even think about; not so pulled that the meat falls out on the first bite, and not so chopped that it turns to mush.

Right in between is where the magic happens. By hand and with a chopping tool simultaneously until we hit that perfect texture every single time.

This is the standard we hold ourselves to with every single taquito.

The secret to the perfect taquito starts long before the doors open. 👨‍🍳

We cook our Shredded Beef overnight to lock in the most flavor and the most tender bite possible. Every piece is then checked by hand and trimmed of all the fat one by one. No fat, no fillers, just quality.
