Customer service isn’t always easy. Many challenges happen behind the scenes, and sometimes the people working the counter get blamed for things beyond their control.

Today! we’ve had customer frustrated because our menu wouldn’t load. We have try our best to have it back and running as soon as we can. Our metal building can interfere with cell service, and connecting to our free WiFi is often the easiest solution. While we understand the frustration, it’s not fair for our baristas to be yelled at over something they can’t control.

Our team works hard every day to serve our customers with kindness. All we ask in return is a little patience and respect.

With that growth, we are looking for an additional team member to join our kitchen staff in Wattsville.

Kitchen Prep Position
• Part-time to Full-time
• Schedule: Saturday–Tuesday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Kitchen prep and food preparation duties
• Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
