Hello China Grove and our surrounding communities!

We’d like to take a moment to say thank you for your support of Gary’s BBQ over the past 55 years. We are so grateful for our customers, who have become friends and family to us throughout those years. We truly appreciate you.

As I’m sure many have already heard, we have decided to take a step back from the restaurant business. We will be transitioning to new leadership, but don’t worry….. a lot of things will remain the same.

Will the restaurant still be called Gary’s BBQ? Yes. Are the signs and memorabilia being taken down during the vacation week in July? No. Will the menu remain the same? Yes, with a few additions. Will gift certificates purchased previously be honored? Yes. Why are we closing for 2 weeks? This was necessary to do some maintenance and train a few additional kitchen employees.

You will still see many familiar faces staff wise. In fact, you may still see Gary around too if you’re there when he’s there!

We look forward to your continued support of Gary’s BBQ moving forward, and hope to see you when we reopen on March 3rd.

Due to current road conditions throughout the area and for the safety of our employees, Gary’s BBQ will be closed tomorrow ( Tuesday, Feb. 3rd).

We are closed today ( Sat, Jan 31st) due to the winter weather. Stay safe and warm, and try to enjoy the snow!
