If you look at what’s completed, and the organization of it all you would think I have this under control… but deep down I’m overstimulated, anxious and really don’t want to do any of this.

2 pumpkin cheese cakes
1 sweet potato cheesecake
1 caramel roasted pecan apple cheesecake
1 pumpkin pie
Pineapple upside cake is in the works
My mothers cream cheese pound cake
Greens done
The brine for my turkey for Friday is cooling
Eggs boiled for the deviled eggs
Finishing up the last of the cooking time on the chittens
Still have Coleslaw for tomorrow to make
Cornbread muffins

And… these children are using my own words against me… “we have good at home … so I’m currently thawing chicken wings to fry for them to snack on.🙄🥴

Thankfully I can double up on somethings to cut down on my cooking time tomorrow. Thankful for the company that has sat with me and just was there without any need for conversation or getting in my way.. they were just there, it has helped!
