I worked with my Russian Tips today. I really enjoy doing these cupcakes. It does take time. You have to work with a little bit of icing at a time because it melts. This is a different icing recipe then I use and it's not has sweet as buttercream.

Started getting ready for the Ross County Fair. I also been thinking about starting to do cupcakes I'm waiting on my order of Russian decorating tips. Can't wait to get them. You know I will be posting pictures.
