Today we’re celebrating someone very special here at The Coop: G’s 40th Birthday! 🎉❤️

If you’ve ever eaten at The Coop, there’s a good chance you’ve tasted his passion, creativity, and heart on your plate. Behind so much of what makes this place special is an incredible husband, father, musician, chef, and hardworking man who has poured countless hours, sacrifices, and love into building this dream alongside our family.

The Coop wouldn’t be what it is today without him.

From early mornings to late nights, through the stressful days and the beautiful ones, he continues to show up for this business, our staff, our guests, and our community with everything he has. His heart for people and love for good food is felt in every corner of this place.

We are beyond thankful for the support and love you all have shown us over the years, and today we’d love your help celebrating one of the people who helped make The Coop possible.

Happy Birthday to our manager Gypsy 🥳💛

If you’ve ever walked through our doors and felt taken care of, laughed a little, or had your day turned around… you can probably thank her for that.

Gypsy is the heart of this place, the glue, the calm in the chaos, the one who keeps us all in line and somehow still smiling while doing it 😅She makes the hard days easier, the good days even better, and this place feel like home for all of us.

We seriously don’t know what we’d do without her… and honestly, we don’t want to find out.

Help us wish her the BEST birthday filled with love, laughs, and maybe a shift where everything goes perfectly (we can dream, right? 😂)
