Maybe when they finish with the construction in front of Nico’Z you can see the potential of this building that made many memories and brought smiles too!
My idea for the building would be:
Since we have the Arts district right of the street, concerts at Blackwater one street over and walking distance to everything…. An Air B & B!
Some say the town already has too many… not true!
We have construction workers,
Railroad workers, visiting professionals,
Deer Hunters, Turkey Hunters, Wedding Parties (who have been using the arts district a lot!), family reunions, etc…. You get the picture… put a fence up around the patio in half of the parking lot and make it an entertaining area with a fire pit, hot tub and corn hole…. Let your imagination run wild with this property… with just a little TLC and a little renovation… you could have yourself a business that you can enjoy for years… I know I did!

Looking for a space for your dreams? the former Nico’Z location is where it’s at! Setup for a restaurant and ready to move in! If you’re interested in taking a look in April, it will be ready to show. We have been cleaning it out but things that will remain… prep tables, sandwich refrigerator, double door refrigeration unit, single refrigeration unit, stand up deep freeze, hood/ basil system, grease trap, 3 compartment sink, mop sink, tables, chairs, plates, silverware, stove, 24” grill… only serious inquiries please IM me
