You made our day! We’re so grateful we could bring a little piece of home to you, and we really appreciate you taking the time to encourage us like this. We pour a lot into both our Detroit-style and New York-style pies, so messages like this mean the world.

We went back up to 4.5 stars on Google today. 🎉

That half-star might not seem like much, but for a small independent restaurant, it means a lot.

A while back, when our pizza got national attention, we were flooded with orders. It was an incredible opportunity, but our systems weren’t ready for that kind of volume, and it showed. We earned some negative reviews because we weren’t delivering the experience people deserved.

Since then, we’ve worked hard to improve every part of what we do. Faster service, better consistency, better communication, and a team that’s committed to getting it right. Seeing our rating climb back up tells us that you’ve noticed—and that means everything.

I also want to give a huge thank you to our team. They show up every day, care about what they do, and take pride in making every pizza and every guest experience the best it can be. This milestone belongs to them just as much as anyone.

Thank you for your feedback, your patience, and for continuing to choose us. We improve because people tell us what’s working and what isn’t, and because our community keeps giving us the chance to get better.

Father’s Day Weekend Special 🔥

Celebrate Dad with our Reverse Seared Ribeye dinner — a true steakhouse experience done right.

What’s on the plate:

Thick-cut reverse seared ribeye
Buttered broccoli
Creamy mashed potatoes with rich mushroom marsala gravy

We recommend medium rare for the best flavor, juiciness, and texture. These are hefty steaks — if you’d like yours cooked to a higher temperature, please allow a little extra time.

What is reverse sear?
We start with a prime rib, slather it in herb butter, roast it low and slow to gently break down tough fibers and perfectly render the fat. Then we slice it into beautiful ribeyes and sear each one to order for that gorgeous golden crust. No shortcuts here — just honest, flavorful cooking.

Why reverse sear?
It gives you perfectly even doneness edge-to-edge, maximum juiciness, and a beautiful golden crust without overcooking the inside. Especially great for thick steaks like these.

I'll start with the goods: Dine in with a DORA cup and we’ll hook you up with a FREE cheesy bread! 🍞 It's our thank-you for supporting TWO downtown local businesses.

Tonight’s the big Kenworth Truck Parade right here in Chillicothe, and we're along route, making us the perfect stop for scratch-made Italian comfort.

Set up your spot outside along the route, then come on in for a hearty meal with your family—kids are SO welcome and parents will love our relaxed environment. Bring your DORA drinks from Tipplers or Old Capitol Brewing (they’re nearby and totally encouraged!). We’ve got the delicious Italian dishes, they’ve got the great drinks—it’s a perfect team-up that helps everyone enjoy the night.

After feedback from some of our guests, we decided to increase the amount of cheese on our Bianca pizza! This new variation has been a huge hit…it starts with our cold-ferment sourdough, garlic confit olive oil, fresh mozzarella, provolone, Amish Gouda and white cheddar, with a final sprinkle of Parmesan, garlic and herbs. As always, cheese with no fillers or additives.

PRO TIP: Add a side of our pesto drizzle to dip the crust into. It is divine 🤤

🍕 NEW: Ultra-Thin and Crispy Pizza! 🍕

Chef Joe's been working on this one for months (if you call working "eating pizza every day for breakfast in the name of research) and we’re finally ready to share it with you! Also, I'm joking, he works insanely hard.

Introducing our elevated take on classic Columbus-style pizza: square-cut, heavier on the toppings, and built on a ridiculously thin sourdough crust (just 0.052" thick when it hits the brick oven — thinner than a dime!). It’s ultra-crispy, light, and still sturdy enough for all the good stuff on top.

We’re talking our scratch-made sauce + a melty, stretchy blend of mozzarella, provolone, Amish white cheddar, and gouda.

This is a test run before my husband competes with this style in October, so we need your feedback! What do you think? Too thin? Just right? More cheese? Hit us with your thoughts.

Today our youngest is 3 years old. We are outrageously blessed with the family we have been given, to love and to nurture.
