Update : I almost forgot to say thank you to Ellise and Gary Frost , they gave us the drywall that we needed at the last minute right before inspection. Ellise even helped us load it up in the late hours of the night. Thank you so much. Also need to update Mr Wess. The name of his Concrete company is All County Concrete LLC (352) 363-8255 He is the Man U want to call for all your concrete work.

1998 Grill will be opened Wednesday September 20 @ 11 am We are sorry it took this long to reopen. After working with the County and doing all the renovations the process took longer then expected. And we would like to say thank you to Bob Fanning Springs Building Inspector for working with us Jimmy the Fire Marshal Kim Derks “who helped make all this happen” Weeks plumbing for coming in last minute and getting the job done if anyone needs a good reliable plumber give them a call Brian from Wilson gas great guy Mr. Wess always came through at the perfect timing and helping out with all concrete work. If anyone needs a good Concrete Guy Mr Wess is your man. Travis for helping out with the AC work and Brandon Briece John Nick Bonnie Grace and Hillary for helping throughout the process Frank for helping out in his own way. Trip the town Mayor for being very patient with us and can’t forget about Vito And Susan who Started all this if it wasn’t for them we wouldn’t be here today . Also would like to say thank you to all our Faithful Employees Kay Josh Lilly Bonnie and Kristy for waiting patiently for us to open. Oh yeah and for everyone wondering Yes Charlie will be back Mon Tues And Wednesday 11 am to 9 pm. Our hours are the same Monday through Saturday 11 am till 9 pm For the first two weeks will be cash only we do have an ATM till we get the POS system up and running. Come in and enjoy a good home cooked meal. We will be only using Boars Head Meats See ya all soon.

1998 Grill will be opening on Thursday May 25 @ 11:00 am. To 9:00 pm. Monday thru Saturday. Come on down and see the new location @ 17751 NW US Highway 19 Fanning Springs Florida 32693. Right next to the Fair Grounds. The Chiefland location is permanently closed due to insufficient management company Auro Property Management. See ya soon
