Three large, fluffy eggs stuffed with rich cream cheese and fresh avocado, topped with crisp sprouts, and served with our vibrant tomato salsa and sour cream. It’s warm, cool, creamy, and a little bit tangy all at once.

Nothing heals family trauma quite like brunch. 🥓✨ But Vader making dad jokes about the bacon like, "The crispiness is strong with this one." While asking Leia to pass the butter while actively ignoring the fact that he blew up her home planet.
