Our Story

Welcome to Arbor. Here is our story. We started out over 5 years ago and have recently expanded and changed ownership and management. It has been a whirlwind of a ride but we are excited for what the future holds. Chef Leonard Hollander is excited and proud of his ever changing and creative approach to food and is bringing that excitement to the new concept of Arbor. We want to welcome Jennifer Knott to our team as our beverage expert and all around ambassador. With her back ground in cocktails and whisky, we are building a whisky and wine bar. We would also like to welcome Megan Havlik to our team as our Events Manager. She is a Chicago native and just moved back after 5 years in New York City. Our newest edition is John Santoro as the Executive Sous Chef who recently left beautiful Proxi to join our evolving and expanding team.

We are a sustainable and organic restaurant. Featuring one of the largest urban gardens in Chicago, we believe that everything we put into our bodies is important. Our food is all natural and we strive to source from local purveyors and support small distributors. We are located in Logan Square inside the Green Exchange Building on the second floor. We serve locally roasted Metric Coffee and serve a healthy lifestyle breakfast and lunch. On Thursdays and Fridays join us for Happy Hour from 4-6pm featuring $5 select beers and wine and $8 cocktail. We serve an Omakase tasting menu Thursday-Sat from 6-10pm and we also have an à la carte menu available as well.

Starting Saturday Dec 14th we will be serving Brunch from 10:30-2:30pm. Menus can be found at arborprojects.com
