A very special night is coming to Dove’s. 👀

We’re welcoming Chef Hunter Evans of Elvie’s, a James Beard Award finalist, to Chicago for a one-night-only collaboration dinner. Bringing the flavors and traditions of his French-inspired Southern cooking from Jackson, Mississippi, to Dove’s, Hunter will join the team for an evening centered around good food, good drinks, and a little culinary cross-country connection.

This weekend was one for the books. ✨

We were honored to serve as the official caterers for Lollapalooza’s Platinum, Cabana, and Party Suites, bringing the One Off Hospitality experience to festivalgoers all weekend long.

Through rain, long days, and nonstop energy, we couldn’t be prouder of our incredible team for their hard work, talent, and dedication that made it all happen.

A huge thank you to the team for trusting us to be part of such an iconic Chicago weekend. ❤️

We were also thrilled to welcome guest chefs and on Sunday as they helped us close out the festival with an unforgettable final day of food and hospitality.
