We also serve a range of teas, Homer's ice cream, pastries, breads, brownies, smoothies, specialty mocktails, sandwiches, egg bowls, salads, soups and more. Charmers Cafe offers houseplants, cut flowers and retail gifts as well as featuring local artisans wares. We strive to create a beautiful, calming spot in Rogers Park for you to hang ou

t in a friendly welcoming environment. There's free wi-fi and a large sidewalk cafe. There is also a separate room that can be made available for community meetings and private events. Please come by and check us out.

Hey Rogers Park! Come show your support for our inaugural Jarvis Square Twilight Market. The more people who come, the more farmers will want to be a part of this! Mondays, from 4-8pm, starting THIS Monday, June 1st.

So far this Monday we have Piehole Pie Company, Great Harvest Bread, Bennett Farm with meat, dairy and eggs, a cheese monger, a knife sharpener and live music! Plus, there will be an ice cream sandwich and lemonade pop up, and Raclette sandwiches made fresh on site for purchase. We are still trying to lock in both a produce and flower farmer, along with River Valley Mushroom Farm, and all of our neighbors showing up will show them the demand is there!

If you all will help us spread the news. We are trying to start up a Twilight Market on Jarvis Square at Jarvis and Greenview in Rogers Park. This will be a farmers and cottage market, separate from our Artisan Markets and will be held on Monday evenings from 4pm-8pm from June 1st until the end of growing season (end of October). Potential vendors can contact us at [email protected] .

We are interested in hearing from farmers, cheesemongers, flower growers, breadmakers, cottage bakers, hot sauce makers, beekeepers and more. Being our inaugural season, pricing is very low to rent a space and we can offer from 1-6 tents per vendor on Jarvis Square

Charmers Cafe is hiring! We are looking for FOH team members. Charmers is a high-volume beautiful fast casual food cafe and coffee shop in Rogers Park. We have both full-time and part-time available. Pay starts at $14/an hour plus tips, totaling $22-$25 an hour.

The position involves the following: barista, sandwich building, expediting and counter service.

We are open from 7am-5pm weekdays, 8am-5pm weekends. Weekend availability is a must. Reliability, kindness, speed of service and a love of community and hospitality are necessary for this position. We prefer people with back of house experience, we can teach barista skills.

We offer vacation/sick pay, free meals, flexible scheduling and yearly raises.

Horseplay Retail Boutique at 7406 N Greenview is taking a break so we can expand Charmers Cafe seating for the winter.
Starting Wednesday, January 7th, everything at Horseplay will be 50% off. Come on over this Wednesday until Sunday the 11th.
After that, look for our expanded seating in the spot behind Charmers and look for pop ups.
