As we step into a new year, we want to take a moment to say gracias, 2025, for the memories, the moments, and the community that filled our tables and our hearts.
This year reminded us why Atotonilco is more than tacos. We celebrated traditions with our community ofrenda, fed concert crowds late into the night, shared countless meals — from everyday taco runs and lunch stops to catered gatherings and family celebrations on the weekends.
We saw strangers become friends over tacos, families gather across generations and Pilsen show up the way it always does — with heart, culture and pride.
As we ring in the New Year, here’s a quick heads-up on our schedule:
