The KTM Kitchen opened it's door in 2025 offering hand-made, freshly cooked MoMo inspired by Nepalese cusine alongside a full bar highlighting Nepalese flavors, cocktails, and spices. The KTM Kitchen showcases modern Nepali and Indian cuisine, bringing bold spices and Himalayan inspired flavors to the diverse World Dumpling Fest lineup.
βOrganized by the Chicago Cultural Alliance, this unique festival highlights the incredible diversity of Chicago by focusing on one universally beloved food: dumplings. Found in nearly every cuisine around the globe, dumplings serve as the perfect symbol of cultural connection, bringing people together over shared flavors and traditions. But World Dumpling Fest is more than just a food festival. The event also showcases dozens of live performances representing a wide array of Chicago's cultural communities. Traditional dances, energetic musical performances, and captivating storytelling bring the streets alive, creating an atmosphere that is both festive and immersive.
