We are serving some of the best BBQ in Las Vegas! Sleepy Wilson's Barbecue has mesquite smoked St. Louis style ribs, BBQ chicken, rib tips, BBQ pork and pork sandwiches as well as fresh hand packed cheeseburgers and a char-grilled Chicago style hot dog. We also will have some of the best wings in Vegas. Marinated, smoked then char-grilled BBQ wings. To accompany all orders we have homemade sides

that include Grandma Pearl's potato salad, cole slaw, red beans & rice, collard greens, baked beans and French fries. Be on the lookout for our daily specials. FRYday Fridays that include fresh hand breaded shrimp, catfish & chicken wings. We will also have authentic New Orleans Po' boys

We are ecstatic to announce that have restarted our BBQ business. It has been a long hard road. A lot of literal blood, sweat and tears, and here we are.

As some of you have noticed our business pages have changed on Facebook and Instagram

Our first event is, The Taste of Grace in South Holland. Saturday the 26th from 1pm to 6. 16100 Seton Road. There will be fun for all, with a car show as well. So come out out and support. Hope to see you all there.

It has been a rough couple of years but we are in a position to give all of you some of the best award winning BBQ in Chicago. We are about to do our first cook of the season. Yeah it's late but summer ain't over. We wanted to make sure we could give great service. Last year we had people travel from all over Chicagoland and we are doing dine in for the first time.
