The wait is finally over, y’all! This Saturday, our Roscoe St location will FINALLY open her doors and let everyone in to check out our sweet new digs! Thank you so much to our patient, loving, steadfast patrons who waited almost a year (😱) for us to come back. I hope you’ll find it was worth the wait. ❤️❤️

We’re so excited, but there’s still a lot to do! In preparation, we’ll be limiting hours at our North Halsted location to 7a-11a Monday-Friday, closed Saturday and Sunday - only temporarily though- we’ll be back to our regular hours in no time! Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience and please, please come see us at Roscoe! Can’t wait to see you there!

Wishing this handsome fella a successful top surgery day and the speediest of recoveries.

In case you haven’t spotted .a behind the bar (where have you been?), know he’s the real deal in quality control and brings all his magic to everything he does.

Also, since the beginning of January, if you’ve had the opportunity to savor any of our amazing scones, there’s a strong likelihood Luke had something to do with it.

Dear Two Hearted Queen Community,

It is our unfortunate duty to inform you that due to one of our team members testing positive for COVID, we will be temporarily closing both coffeehouses this week.

We would like to ensure all of our team members clear negative tests before returning to work. At this time we do not believe there would have been substantial risk of exposure to patrons, however if you visited either coffeehouse in the past several days we encourage you to track symptoms and get tested if you see fit.

We hope to reopen no later than this coming Friday (January 7th) so stay tuned for updates.

So busy we forgot to post! Honored to have been invited to the Latina Expo at the beginning of this month. Our new roast “Reina Latina” was a big hit and it was great to be around so many passionate vendors!

We want to inform you that the Northalsted location of Two Hearted Queen will be temporarily closed on the weekends of September 25-26, and October 2-3.

We will still be open at our Roscoe location both weekends, we ask that you redirect your business to that location.

Dear Two Hearted Queen Community,

In the interest of transparency, we’d like to inform you that one of our fully vaccinated team members tested positive for COVID-19 this morning. The team member worked at both stores over the weekend and while they operated within close quarters with other members of our team, most of the immediately affected members have already produced negative test results. We will continue to require all team members to test for clearance throughout the rest of the week.

Whereas we stand by our own measures of precautions around this matter as we have for the last nearly 18 months, we remain committed to keeping members of our community safe and informed and as such deem it appropriate to share details of this nature. For our comfort and yours we still hold an active mask policy at both stores. To be clear, we have no reason to believe this particular instance took place in our work setting and will continue to monitor the well being of every team member closely.

We will keep you posted with any relevant updates if necessary, but for the time being, we encourage all our patrons to please mask up when visiting either store, keep a safe distance from other visitors and our staff and utilize our online ordering platform as frequently as possible. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or additional concerns.
