Chef Wavy was more than an incredible chef—he was a cornerstone of Stussy’s Diner. His passion, creativity, leadership, and genuine love for people helped shape the culture, spirit, and experience that so many have come to know and love. Every plate that left the kitchen carried a piece of his heart, and every person who crossed his path felt his warmth, kindness, and dedication.
This loss is deeply felt throughout our entire Stussy’s family. Our staff is grieving the loss of someone who was not only a leader, but a friend and an inspiration. While our hearts are heavy, we remain committed to honoring his legacy by continuing the work he loved and the standards he set.
