To celebrate Bar Parisette’s second anniversary, we’re gathering around the table for one of Southern France’s most beloved summer traditions: Le Grand Aïoli.
During the summer months, in village squares across Provence, neighbors join together to enjoy the bounty of seasonal vegetables, seafood, and garlicky aïoli.
On Sunday, June 28, we’ll bring this tradition to Bar Parisette with a family-style feast featuring peak-season produce from Mick Klüg Farms, Nichols Farm & Orchard, and other favorite local growers, alongside seafood.
We will open special bottles by the glass including favorite Champagnes in magnum, Provençal rosé (20+ year old Tempier Rose in magnum, anyone?), and more for your pairing enjoyment.
$60 per person plus tax and gratuity
Single communal seating at 5:00 PM in the dining room.
Not joining us for the Grand Aïoli? Our bar area will remain open throughout the evening for burgers, fries, and soft serve.
As Bar Parisette turns two, we can’t think of a better way to celebrate than sharing one of our favorite Provençal traditions with all of you.
Le Grand Aïoli on June 28 will be our final Sunday service before we update our weekly schedule.
Beginning July 7, Bar Parisette will be open on Tuesdays, adding an extra evening each week to join us for dinner, wine, and happy hour. On Sundays, our space continues to be available for private functions, but will no longer host regular dinner services.
