Local pop-up markets give us the chance to get creative, offering products you won't yet find on grocery store shelves. This Friday we'll be at Chicago Vegan Farmers Market debuting our latest offering: "I Believe It's Not Not Butter" We've been working on this plant based butter substitute for a long time. We're proud of it, and pretty certain that you'll have a hard time believing it's not actually butter!
Come see us this Friday, July 10th from 4pm to 8pm at Skinner Park, 1331 W. Adams in Chicago, and be among the first to try it!
It's also been a fine season for strawberries, and our Strawberry Cheesecake is a testament to that! Made with fresh strawberries from our friends at Klug Farms , house-made cashew cheese, and a graham cracker crust. 🍓

Did you know that Vegan Essentials and Fake Meats will ship nearly a dozen of our plant based products directly to your door? It's not only our sausage, it's also our deli meats (Gyro, Corned Beef, and Ham) and block cheeses (Mozzarella, Pepper Jack, and Smoked Cheddar)! If you didn't know about these vegan delivery outlets, now you do! Huzzah!

🍊 We’ve restocked the Wisconsin Brandy Old Fashioned Cheesecake! This sweet treat pays homage the unofficial state cocktail, starting with an orange sugar cookie crust underneath a lemon-lime soda cheesecake, topped with brandy soaked cherries and a candied orange!! 🍒🥃
These sold out quick in Madison last month, so don’t dilly dally! 🏎️

🍓🍓🍓 Strawberries are back, and they're the center piece of our latest creation: Strawberry Limoncello Cashew Cheesecake! It's on a shortbread cookie crust, and topped with preserved lemon whipped creme.

While we welcome strawberry season, the time for ramps is ending, so this may be your last chance to pick up our Spring Ramp Pesto, Grilled Ramp Cashew Cheese, and Pickled Ramps. 🧄🧅
