This is frustrating to watch because this has happened to our team before. Our team works their a**es off. They are the face of our business, they keep the vibe right, and honestly, they have to deal with a lot of hidden chaos just to keep things running smoothly. They shouldn’t have to play security guard just to protect their hard-earned tips.
