From the Korean cooking David learned from his mom and grandma, to his very first employee who’s still with Seoul Taco today—there’s a lot of history behind what started with one food truck in St. Louis.

That’s always been the heart of it.

Good food. Good people. And building something meaningful, one taco and one burrito at a time.
