The Smoque BBQ lineup for Thanksgiving 2026 is ready.
Too Soon?
Maybe, but we're ready for pre-orders for this coming Thanksgiving. All your favorites from last year are back and are only offered this time of year.

Our boneless smoked turkey breast, cornbread and sausage stuffing, bourbon chipotle glazed carrots, green bean casserole, Cajun gravy, and ginger apple cranberries are available individually or all together as a package. We are also offering our regular meats and sides as well.

All items are par-cooked, cooled and ready for your finishing on Thanksgiving Day. A complete meal ready in 90 minutes.

Pickup is Wednesday 11/25/26.

Our friends at Theater on the Lake are hosting their annual Air & Water Show Viewing Party this Saturday and Sunday, and it's one we're genuinely happy to be a part of.

They've been a great customer and friend of Smoque for a long time. More importantly, we like the people, it's a great venue, and they put on a really good event.

The party is on The Lakefront Green at Theater on the Lake with a great view of the Air & Water Show. Tickets include food and an open bar, and Smoque BBQ will be on the menu both days.

If the Air & Water Show is in your plans this weekend, seriously consider enjoying it with our friends at Theater on the Lake. We can't think of a better way to view the Air & Water Show or spend an afternoon on the lakefront.

SCAM ALERT

To our fellow restaurant owners:

We just received a call from a woman who identified herself as Teresa Johnson. Phone number 302-553-6226. She said she had visited our restaurant, ordered 2 lbs of brisket to go, and discovered when she got home that it was 2 lbs of pulled pork. She said that she lived out of town and spoke to an owner that night who said that we would take care of her next time she was in town (we would never handle it that way). She said that at the time she thought she would be back in town soon, but now knows that she won't be and she wanted a refund. She claims to have paid cash.

We looked through our system and did not find any order that fit her description. Further, we looked at our phone logs and saw that she had never called the restaurant before until today.

Lots of signs that this was a scam. Still, we were going to send her a refund on the off-chance that she was telling the truth. Then we Googled the number and saw this post. Same everything! Thanks Leona's. We owe you one!
