Ok, letās do a quick Apple Dipping Lesson shall we?
I saw this photo in a tretamakers group, and I wanted to elaborate on whatās really going here. You know help other students who made have this same issue in the kitchen.
The solution is not:

š„“Too much oil in chocolate
Hereās the deal:
š„You do NOT have to take off the wax for CHOCOLATE covered apples
š„Quality bright white chocolate is a MUST for dipping apples. If not, your apples will appear transparent or āsee throughā
š„White Chocolate should be melted in 30 second intervals to prevent elephant skin (shown here)
