Ok, let’s do a quick Apple Dipping Lesson shall we?

I saw this photo in a tretamakers group, and I wanted to elaborate on what’s really going here. You know help other students who made have this same issue in the kitchen.

The solution is not:
🥴Removing the Wax
🥴Too much oil in chocolate

Here’s the deal:
💥You do NOT have to take off the wax for CHOCOLATE covered apples
💥Quality bright white chocolate is a MUST for dipping apples. If not, your apples will appear transparent or “see through”
💥White Chocolate should be melted in 30 second intervals to prevent elephant skin (shown here)
😉BONUS: Chill your apples prior to dipping 😉
