Been out the treat game so long, I almost forgot I was somebody’s favorite treat lady. 😭😂🍓

Now I’m over here making strawberry boxes AND trying to remember how to be a content creator at the same time. Baby, it’s a PROCESS! 🤣

But the hands still work, the creativity is still there, and apparently so is my need to record EVERYTHING. 😂💕

Well, well, well… LOOK WHO’S BACK! 👀🍓💕

Heyyyyy Sweets Fam!!! 🥹💕

I know, I know… it’s been a MINUTE! 😂

Life has taken me through different seasons, and somewhere along the way, I stepped away from something that brought me so much joy.

But one thing I’ve learned is that sometimes stepping away doesn’t mean you’re done. Sometimes you just need time to find your way back. 💕

Going through my old treatmaking supplies brought back SO many memories. The creativity, talking to YOU, the late nights, the excitement of trying something new, and most importantly, the LOVE I have for what I do.

And honestly? I missed it. I missed ALL of it. 🥹

I’m not coming back with some big announcement or a perfect plan. I’m simply coming back to something I love, and I’m excited to bring y’all along with me.

To my OG Sweets Fam, thank you for still being here! 🥹💕 And to all the new faces, WELCOME TO THE BERRY PATCH! 🍓

I’m excited to get back to creating, sharing, learning, and having FUN with y’all again!

Ok, let’s do a quick Apple Dipping Lesson shall we?

I saw this photo in a tretamakers group, and I wanted to elaborate on what’s really going here. You know help other students who made have this same issue in the kitchen.

The solution is not:
🥴Removing the Wax
🥴Too much oil in chocolate

Here’s the deal:
💥You do NOT have to take off the wax for CHOCOLATE covered apples
💥Quality bright white chocolate is a MUST for dipping apples. If not, your apples will appear transparent or “see through”
💥White Chocolate should be melted in 30 second intervals to prevent elephant skin (shown here)
😉BONUS: Chill your apples prior to dipping 😉
