What an incredible and unforgettable beginning for Joe & Grace’s Taste of Tacos!
A HUGE thank you to the Logan Square Farmers Market, and especially to Frankie, Maron, and Nilda, for believing in us and giving Grace and me the opportunity to introduce our food, our flavors, and this new dream to the community. 🙏🌮
Taking an idea and turning it into reality takes a lot of work, faith, long days, and even longer nights — but seeing everyone come out and support us made every single minute worth it.
To all of our friends, family, clients, business partners, and everyone who stopped by, THANK YOU! ❤️ Some of you came just to grab a taco, some stayed to encourage us, and some simply showed up because you wanted to support our new adventure. Please know that Grace and I noticed every single one of you, and your support means more than words can express.
And to my partner Grace — thank you for being a trooper through the craziness, the preparation, the long hours, and everything that went into making this happen. ❤️ I couldn’t imagine taking on this adventure with anyone else.
This was more than selling tacos. 🌮 It was about bringing people together, sharing a piece of our culture, and starting a new chapter.
