A message to our incredible guests:

This note comes with a mix of gratitude and heartfelt farewell.

After eight incredible years in Chicago’s West Loop, we have made the decision to close the doors of Proxi. Our final night of service will be New Year’s Eve, December 31, 2025.

Since 2017, Proxi has been a truly special place—a canvas where Chef Andrew Zimmerman and our exceptionally dedicated team explored flavor. Earning a Michelin Bib Gourmand year after year was never just an award; it was a testament to the passion poured into every single dish and every moment of service.

This was an incredibly difficult decision, but we believe it’s the right time to bring this beautiful chapter to a close.

We are so deeply grateful for the support you’ve shown us over the years. You, our guests, made Proxi vibrant.

We sincerely hope you’ll join us one last time! We’ll be celebrating our legacy and serving your favorite dishes (and maybe a few surprise bites) right up until the clock strikes midnight on December 31st. Reservations are highly recommended for these final weeks.
