Hello all citizen sleuths in the Edison Park/Niles area. Especially around Harlem and Touhy. We believe this nice gentleman took out his frustrations on one or our windows early this morning. He shattered it real good. Let me tell you it's been a real pane in the glass to replace it. Perhaps some one out there recognizes him or his very distinctive jacket. Please let us know.
