Meet the faces behind Laimoon 🍋
For those of you who are new here, we wanted to introduce ourselves. Brandon, chef + owner, has been part of Chicago’s culinary scene since 2011, bringing years of experience and passion to the kitchen. Jasmin, co-owner + manager, handles the day-to-day details and all things social.
As partners in life and in business, Laimoon reflects everything we’ve built together. We started in 2023 with pop-ups, markets and catering and have since grown into our home at the food hall. We’re excited to keep growing and expanding into whatever comes next.
Whether you’ve been with us from the beginning or just found us, we’re so grateful for the support. This is just the beginning 🫶

We’re also proud to have contributed a portion of the evening’s proceeds to the Lebanese Red Cross. Thank you again for showing up, supporting, and being part of it.
