A piece of Chicago history. 🍕
After graduating from Saint Ignatius College Prep, Dan Bacin went on to open Bacino’s Pizza in Chicago — building a tradition of quality ingredients, fresh dough, and pizza made from scratch.

Over the years, the restaurant became a Chicago favorite, even earning praise from legendary chef Charlie Trotter who once said it was “easily the best pizza I know.”

Since 1978, the legacy continues.

PROChat: Linda Bacin Linda Bacin is the vice president of Bella! Bacinos, an Italian trattoria concept in Chicago that she developed, owns and operates with her husband Dan. The Bacins are well known for the Bacino’s Pizza locations in the Chicago metropolitan area. Bacin is the immediate past chairman of the board of trustees for the National Restaurant Association’s Educational Foundation. Bacin also remains an active participant in the Illinois Restaurant Association, having served as a board member and in the top leadership role as its board chairman.
