Some friends, relatives & customers will always directly ask me why are you open on Memorial Day? Don't you want to relax and enjoy it? Ofcourse i do. Nothing more I'd rather do on a Monday is play 18 holes of ⛳️🏌‍♂️, grill some burgers and sausage, sip on vodka and watch sports. But no one put a gun to my head or my employees' heads and said go into the HOSPITALITY business. Most of our customers, the lifeblood of our operation, are off. They don't want to cook. They don't want to shop. They don't want to prep. They definitely don't want to clean. They want to relax and enjoy their day off. That's where we come in. So as Hyman Roth tells Michael Corleone in the Godfather II, " This is the business we have chosen."
