For the next two Saturday Brunch Buffets, we're partnering with Daeji Dough Co. to feature the Boricha Soboro Salt Bread from chefs Albert Song, Alex Janakiraman, and our Executive Pastry Chef Alana Wang.
A buttery salt bread layered with boricha caramel, crisp soboro crumble, and silky corn diplomat cream, balancing sweet, savory, and nutty flavors in every bite.
