Jinsei Journals Episode 3. New space. New menu. An intimate look into our new home, centered around live fire cooking. We have always been drawn to natural earth tones, and it was a no brainer to design it this way. It also mirrors the philosophy behind our food. Shaped by the sea and land, we are grounded in deep respect for what nature provides.

We earned these through years of hard work and dedication, repetition, and passion for our craft. These reflect the effort we’ve invested and the support this community has given us along the way.
