Hamburger University provides valuable training and development opportunities that help leaders build the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to make a positive impact in their restaurants, teams, and communities.

Today we proudly celebrated another Managers in Training class graduation in the Muskegon area! 🎉

We want to take a moment to recognize the hard work, dedication, and commitment these future leaders have demonstrated throughout their training journey. Leadership isn't always easy, and many of these individuals have faced personal challenges, obstacles, and difficult circumstances along the way. Yet they continue to show up, learn, grow, and give their best effort every single day.

That determination is something worth celebrating.

We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to teach, coach, mentor, and help develop the next generation of leaders within our restaurants. At the Schulz Organization McDonald's, training and coaching will always remain a top priority because we know that investing in our people sets our teams up for success and empowers individuals to become the very best versions of themselves.

Watching these managers grow in confidence, knowledge, and leadership skills has been truly rewarding, and we couldn't be prouder of all they have accomplished. We look forward to continuing to support and cheer them on as they take the next step toward becoming certified managers in our restaurants.
