New Year’s doesn’t have to mean staying up till midnight — especially with kids.

This year, we’re hosting a Noon Year’s Party at 2d, a fun, stress-free New Year celebration designed just for families.

🕚 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Hi friends,

Chicago winters are tough — and no one should feel cold or hungry. That’s why we launched the 2d Soup Drive, and we need your help to get the word out.

If someone needs a warm meal, they can simply come in and tell our team they’d like to join the 2d Soup Drive.

They’ll receive a free hot bowl of soup — no purchase, no questions, no judgment.

We know many parents are feeling uneasy about going out to trick-or-treat this year. In times like these, we want to bring back a little comfort, warmth, and joy to our community. 💛

Join us this Friday for a special Family Halloween Day — a safe, cozy space for families to celebrate together:

We are going to host a series of Lunar New Year in Chicago events in the 2d restaurant showcasing a variety of traditions and delicacy from all parts of Asia!

Tentatively, we will have two dumping 水餃 making, and spring scroll 春聯 calligraphy workshops and looking to have even more at 2d!
