We’re back up and running!

First, we want to sincerely apologize to anyone affected by the delays this morning. We had our oven hood system replaced, and the new setup cooled our wood-fired oven down much more than expected. Unfortunately, that meant our oven wasn’t able to maintain the temperatures we need to serve food as quickly as we normally do.

We learned some lessons the hard way today and have spent the afternoon making adjustments. The good news is that everything is working properly, and we’re ready to go for dinner service tonight.

We did our best to compensate customers who were impacted, but if you visited this morning and still have concerns, please give us a call. We want to make it right.
