Dear Valued Customers,

As the holiday season draws near, we want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude for your support and trust throughout the year. It has been a true pleasure serving you, and we are thankful for the relationships we've built and the memories we've shared.

Please note that we will be taking a short break for the Thanksgiving season from November 18th to December 11th. During this time, our services, including those in Colorado, will be paused so that we can enjoy this special time with family and loved ones.

We wish you a joyful and peaceful Thanksgiving, filled with warmth, laughter, and cherished moments with those closest to you. We look forward to reconnecting with you when we return on December 12th.

We sincerely apologize to our customers who arrived last Saturday and Sunday, but unfortunately, we had to close due to inclement weather. Safety is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

As we are entering this winter season, there’s a possibility of more extreme and inclement weather coming toward us, please be aware that we may need to close on days with adverse weather conditions (including but not limited to heavy snow, high wind, extreme cold temperature, hazardous travel conditions, etc). We will keep you updated on any closures via our official website. www.shiuanskitchen.com

Unless there’s something really important that needs to be addressed, we’ve reduced the frequency of our Facebook posts to ensure that we don’t inundate your feed and potentially cause any annoyance. Just a friendly reminder that our shop (the gazebo) is not designed as a drive-thru due to the size of it. Yesterday one customer accidentally bumped his truck into the menu light box. This was the third time the vehicle hit the light box over the past years. The light box is fine as it’s protected by the bollard, but the truck needs some body and paint job. We are sorry that happened. Most customers are willing to walk to the window to place their orders. We appreciate that because it’s better for communication. Some customers still prefer the drive-thru which is fine, but please take extra caution when driving up to the window, maintain a safe distance, no need to get too close to the window. If you cannot hear us, we can go out to take your order. We want to ensure customers are always happy when shopping with us. Thank you!

Couple of things to share with you.

Just in case when orders pile up, we will give you a numbered pager. The pager will be alerted when your order is ready. You need to come back to the window to pick up your food. Please remember the pager reach is within the parking lot, including the Bicycle Station. You won’t get alert if you leave the parking lot. For customers with disabilities or special needs, no worries, we’re very happy to bring the food directly to you like usual.

Our official website www.shiuanskitchen.com has been updated for better browsing experiences. Chinese characters have been added for all menu items. Menu item tags have been used to allow users to filter product mix based on a quick view of independently grouped items.
