Thank you to everyone who stopped by and supported our local small business the last ten days (and every day before that!).

Thank you for your patience if you waited longer than normal. Thank you for your enthusiastic reaction to our new menu. A very special thank you for the kindness and grace you showed to the staff who worked so hard; many of whom were brand new.

We are going to take a few days off to rest, but hope to see you soon.

We’d like to brag on our adopted son, anderson.devante, owner of Wyoming Wave Studios. Had he not wandered in several years ago looking for recording studio space, we probably would have never met. How very fortunate for us that we did.

He has created a space for artists of all disciplines from country to rap to mariachi to have a place to improve and record. He spends alot of time volunteering with kids who have an interest in music or mixing or recording. He is always ready to help organize music for anyone who asks and always does it with a cheerful heart.

This week he’s been up early setting up the stage for five days of free live music. He’s spent the week doing sound checks and helping everywhere he can. Yesterday there were mostly brand new artists on stage and his kind and gentle support helped ease their jitters.

There are so many folks in our community who just strive to make a difference; he is one of them.

(We’d be remiss in not thanking Mikey for capturing all the great music. And to Stacy, Carrie and Billy who travel from out of state to help with the stage, the parade, the crafts and everything else!)

Frontier Days is always a whirlwind—ten days of big crowds, long hours, and enough chaos to make a rodeo clown reconsider careers. Despite everyone's very best efforts, we have missteps and bumps and bruises. This year, though, 40% of our staff decided that Frontier Days fun sounded better than Frontier Days work, which… honestly, we get it. But wow, has it made things interesting.

Thankfully, the 60% who DID show up are as tough as bull riders;
Austin, Britney, Cole, Cliff, David, Jacob, Jake, Miranda, Roque, Tiffany and Zac have been out here doing the work of a full crew with half the hands. They’re flipping, serving, cleaning, smiling, sprinting, and more often than not questioning their life choices—but still giving guests the best experience they can.

Eating out is expensive, and people deserve great service and great food. We believe that. We fight for that. And this team is giving every ounce of energy they’ve got to make it happen.

Please know they are doing their absolute best… and possibly burning more calories than the entire carnival food court combined.

It is Cheyenne Day (considered the best day of the year by many!)

With Cheyenne Day almost always comes rain. But this year for the 1719 Central Block party Wyoming Wave Studios has a plan.

Live music and seating will be nestled under the patio. So unless it rains horizontally we can keep you dry.

We have had great music all week and continuing through Saturday. This afternoon it gets even better with Acquile from Casper. They were here a few years ago and we are excited to welcome them back.
