Not every summer dinner has to be a burger or a steak (even though we'd prefer it that way 🤣).

Our Horseradish Steak Salad is one of those dishes that hits just right on a warm evening. Fresh local greens, tender Ranch Brand steak, crisp vegetables, candied walnuts, and a creamy horseradish dressing with just enough kick.

The best restaurants never stop learning 🤓

A huge thank you to Tim for leading our staff through a wine tasting + education class. We learned the 5 S's of wine tasting (see, swirl, smell, sip, savor); explored pairings with our menu; and spent some quality time together as a team. Absolutely no fun was had 🤪

The more we know, the better experience we can create for our guests 🤎
