I’m taking orders for Thanksgiving pickup through Hedgerow Dining. If you’d like to skip the cooking this year, I’ll have the meal ready for you to take home and reheat.

Choose herb-roasted turkey roulade with sage and roasted garlic stuffing or red w**e braised short rib. Both come with potato gratin, maple bourbon carrots, sourdough and sausage stuffing, roasted delicata squash, green bean casserole, cranberry-orange mostarda, and dinner rolls with honey butter.

For dessert, choose apple c***r bread pudding with brown butter caramel or vanilla bean crème brûlée.

The turkey package is $495 and the short rib package is $525. Each serves 6-8, and I can also put together smaller or larger packages.

Pickup will be at K & B Market in Kennedyville or Chesapeake Manor Vineyard in Kent island . Everything comes with reheating instructions.

We also are accepting limited customers for our weekly meal delivery service. Every week a custom chef prepared menu is delivered to your door in BPA free glass containers . Each menu is unique to each customer, and is made with your goals and preferences in mind. Full dietary breakdowns are included, and the meals are composed restaurant style dishes. I personally won’t be at the market tomorrow because I’ll be celebrating my mom’s wedding, but Oksana’s will have our take & bake items ready for you.
