Washington College Dining Services consists of Hodson Dining Hall, a full-service Catering department, and our retail dining operations -- Freshens, Craft and Java George -- all of which are available to students, faculty/staff, and the public. Hours of Operation:

Yesterday, our sustainable agriculture interns — Alex Crean, Lindsey Leone, and Madeline York — harvested three varieties of chemical-free, non-irrigated lettuce grown on the 30-acre farm at the River and Field Campus 🌱🥬

Where's the lettuce headed next? We're glad you asked! This fresh harvest is making its way to Hodson Dining Hall, where Washington College Dining Services will be serving it on the salad bar!

A huge shoutout to Chef Jeremy and the entire Washington College Dining Services team for showcasing produce grown right here on campus. It's incredibly rewarding to see our student interns' hard work come full circle. From planting and growing to harvesting, and now nourishing the Washington College community.
