Smoke House Nachos: House-made potato chips layered with creamy blue cheese fondue, slow-braised BBQ pork, smoked BBQ glaze, and green onions.

Baja Chicken Tacos: Marinated grilled chicken with crisp cabbage, cilantro crema, and chipotle mayo.

Meatballs: Beef and pork meatballs with creamy cheddar grits and house BBQ glaze.

Beef Sliders: Two mini beef sliders with lettuce, tomato, pickled onions, and house-made pickles.

Chicken Sliders: Two crispy chicken sliders with pickled onions, house-made pickles, and jalapeño ranch.

Made for the table, our 48 oz. Wagyu Tomahawk Ribeye serves 4–5 and comes loaded with Oysters Rockefeller, grilled jumbo shrimp, truffle pommes frites, Cabernet sea salt, and bone marrow butter.

Our 14 oz. Wagyu Strip Steak is paired with lobster mac & cheese, locally grown shish*to peppers from , Cabernet sea salt, and bone marrow butter.
