Keaton is a new graduate of the St. Charles culinary program. I met Keaton a few years back, through another young friend of mine.

He was a culinarian, eager to see and learn more. He would devote his off time to come “stage” for free, just for the experience and knowledge. Every week he stopped by, we’d try to teach him new techniques, furthering his skills. After about nine months, Keaton gave notice to his former employer. I had a nighttime position for him at Westchester. He arrived eager to work hard, just as we like. Keaton is now a part of our lunchtime program, again learning as much as he can about daytime setup. He has a very calm demeanor, which can’t be taught.

We’re very happy he’s a part of our team, and we look forward to the future.

What’s for lunch?! 🤷‍♂️So many great options even our Chefs have a hard time choosing!
